This policy explains how refunds work for Salerna subscriptions, including the introductory month, monthly plans, and annual plans.
$4.99 Introductory Month
Your first month of Salerna is $4.99. When you sign up, you choose the membership you want after your introductory month: Monthly Membership ($19.99/month) or Annual Membership ($159.99/year). Your payment method is charged $4.99 when you join.
At the end of your first month, your membership automatically renews on the monthly or annual plan you selected at signup, unless you cancel before your renewal date. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date to prevent the next charge.
Monthly Subscriptions
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@salerna.me. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain full access until that date. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods — if you cancel mid-cycle, you are not charged for the next period, but you are not refunded for the remaining days of the current period.
Annual Subscriptions
You can cancel an annual subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@salerna.me. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual billing period, and you retain full access until that date. No prorated refunds are issued for unused months on an annual plan.
Exceptions
In rare cases — duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical issues that prevented access to the platform — we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@salerna.me with details.
How to Cancel
You can cancel at any time inside the app under Account Settings → Cancel Subscription, or by emailing a cancellation request from the address on your account. Cancellation is effective immediately upon request. You'll receive a confirmation email and retain access through the end of your current billing period.
